If you are looking for a fast and easy way of reading salinity, don’t look any further. The SR-6 refractometer is the number one choice for your salinity applications. Manufactured in aluminum with rubber handle. Temperature compensation between 10° and 30°C. Despite its remarkably low price, it is among the best refractometer for salinity reading you can find on the market. Dimensions: 1½”ø x 7” length (4 x 18 cm), weight of 10 oz (285 g).

One-year warranty. Its economical twin, the SR-5, includes an automatic correction of temperature from 10° to 30°C (50° to 86°F), a dual scale reading between 0 to 100 ppt and specific gravity from 1.000 to 1.070. Each refractometer is tested before purchase to ensure an accurate instrument, despite its low price. Six-month warranty. The MT010ATC is also available for your salinity applications. Different compared to the other models, the Brix refractometer indicates the percentage of soluble solids content (total solids) of a sample (water solution). Soluble solids content is the total of all the solids dissolved in the water (sugar, salts, protein, acids, etc), and the measurement reading value is the value of the sum total of these solids.
