DELAYED DELIVERY
Shipments by post or courier service are always at the buyer’s expense. These delivery schedules may be changed without notice. Aquamerik reserves the right to require payment of shipping costs for materials overdue at the time of shipment or of initially planned delivery. $2.50 of handling and packing fee is applied for orders under $25. Higher handling and packaging costs may be required depending on the fragility of the product to be shipped.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT
By signing delivery documents, the customer confirms the receipt of all items appearing on the documents. At this time, any defect or missing item must be reported because, as said before, it will be impossible to claim missing items for free.
DELAYED DELIVERY
Aquamerik is not responsible for any damage caused by a delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control.
MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT
If I order more than one product, will I have to pay shipping costs for each item? Shipping and handling costs are calculated by sending. Orders are shipped in a single shipment or in multiple mailings, depending on your preference. Generally, it is less costly to ship your items in a single package, but it may delay the shipment if some products are out of stock when you order them.
SENDING ABROAD
We accept orders from outside Canada. To ensure that products shipped to postal boxes or rural addresses arrive at a good port, please indicate a physical civic address, a road number and/or an emergency number.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
You can order a product and have it delivered to another address. You just have to enter the address where you want the product to be delivered in the appropriate area.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the shipping method you have chosen. You can use the following formula to calculate the approximate delivery time: (availability) + (delivery time) = Total delivery time. Please allocate up to two more days for the credit check.
