Why do I have to wait for a payment return when I buy online?
When you make an order through our online store, a payment receipt is sent to our team. This procedure allows us to determine the amount to charge for transportation costs, depending on the total price of the order. Some products require different transportation conditions (e.g. tanks/basins, chemical products). You will receive a return of payment including the cost of transport by email, where thereafter you can complete the transaction.
What are the accepted methods of payment in our shop?
The following methods of payment are accepted: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card, company check, cash.
Is there a possibility to book a product(s) from the online store?
Aquamerik does not accept any request for product reservation, either on our website or at our shop.
I received a damaged product(s). Who do I make a claim to?
Aquamerik is not responsible for damages during delivery by carriers. In case of apparent damage, claims must be made immediately to the carrier. For more details, please refer to our "Terms of Sale" section.
If I order more than one product, will I have to pay the shipping costs for each item?
Shipping and handling costs are calculated by sending. Orders are shipped in a single shipment or in multiple mailings, depending on your preference.
Can I have an order delivered to a different address other than the one used in normal time?
You can order a product and have it delivered to another address. You just have to enter the address where you want the product to be delivered in the appropriate area.
How long can the delivery time be estimated?
