FLEX-FLO A-100N peristaltic pumps

Our Flex-Flo peristaltic pumps are manufactured for continuous and very accurate chemicals metering. The speed can reach 326 mL/minute (124 Gal/day) to a maximum pressure of 100 psi. Digital models come with an electronic timer for even more possibilities and precision. Tubing failure detector, four tubes available: norprene, norprene chemical, viton and tygothane. Adapt to a range of ambient temperatures from -10° to 43°C. Automatic priming.

Quick installation using compression connectors. Rugged thermoplastic (Nema 3R). Upgrade retro-fit kit available for pumps bought before November 2016. Specify the series letter in the item code when ordering. Flex-Flo peristaltic pumps also available in 220V / 50Hz and 230V / 60Hz models.

C series
• No programming, easy to use, fixed speed.
• Adjustable 5-sec repeating timer cycle (0.25 to 5.0 sec).
• TFD – tube failure detection with output signal.
• Optional flow detector available.

E series
• Easy to program and to use, fixed speed.
• Variable cycle length from 0.5 to 99 seconds.
• Variable injection length from 0.1 to 99 seconds.
• Accepts 4-20mA & 0-10 VDC signal for external control.

F series
• Easy to use and variable speed control.
• User can vary speed from 0 to 100 %.
• Variable speed results in near continuous chemical injection.
• TFD – tube failure detection with output signal.

V series
• Easy to use and variable speed control.
• 1 amp alarm output relay switch.
• Accepts 4-20mA & 0-10 VDC signal for external control.
• TFD – tube failure detection with output signal.
