Automatic egg sorter

Egg sorter. Variable egg sizes: Using this patented standard disc, the Van Gaalen egg sorter will sort trouts from 150 to 500 per ounce, or if equipped with the salmon disc, it will sort any size of salmon eggs. Best of all, you don’t have to change discs to handle different sizes of eggs. Our model N-100 sorts 100,000 trout eggs per hour.

Accuracy: The patented technology in both models uses fibre optics and modulated infrared light to scan the eggs and assures you the highest level of accuracy. Our customers regularly report 98 to 99% of accuracy.

Egg counts: We know accurate counts are important, so we have incorporated two types of counters for this sorter: one for live eggs and another one for dead eggs.

Reliability: More than twenty years of proven performance since our first model. Of course, we have improved our design as new ideas and technology have proven to be functional but we have always used the finest material and highest level of workmanship.
