These automatic fish graders have been made to increase productivity and to make work much easier for fish farmers. Grading fish by size gives better efficiency and maximal use of feeding costs by having good conversion rates. Mainly developed for aquaculture, these automatic fish graders are supplied worldwide to grade different fish species.
Made only with high quality material, the structure is built with tubular aluminum and the moving parts of UHMV (plastic) that insure the best resistance ever and many years of service to come with no maintenance. The conveyer works with a 110 volts electrical motor. In order to avoid working problems, each grader is rigorously tested before shipping.
In addition, these devices are specially designed to eliminate the stress caused by intensive grading. With this system, fish are always in the water. From each water output, you can install a flexible pipe to lead fish in the desired tank or pond to regroup them in function of their size. It is also possible to install a fish counter at the end of each pipe and stop evaluating their number.
