| These clear PVC bailers are eco-friendly products and are as heavy (or heavier) than conventional weighted bailers without the addition of bulky and costly weights. A better weight distribution allows this bailer to sink straighter and the efficient valve design makes it the fastest sinking bailer available. The clear virgin PVC has a density of 1.31 whereas most disposable bailers are made of polyethylene which has a specific gravity of 0.96 to 0.98.
PVC is also transparent whereas polyethylene is translucent, because of this, when you use the Waterra EcoBailer you can inspect your sample while it's still in the bailer. CV015-3P has a weight for deep smaplings, PB-010 can be pressurized. CW-01 is especially designed to take samples in 55 gallons barrels. Sold individually or by box of 24. We also offer PVC, stainless steel and Teflon bailers on special orders. |
