Safe and easy to use, the ”SALMOCOUPE” evisceration system works rapidly and enables the user to-clean his fishes without tampering their quality. Available with different vaccuum sizes. This ensemble is supplied with a sink and a table. On a special order. you can receive it without the sink and table.
Contrarily to any other automatical evisceration system, the ”SALMOCOUPE” versatility allows the user to eviscerate and clean any fish size without further adjustments. Starting and stopping the system takes only a few minutes, what permits occasional uses.
The ”SALMOCOUPE” allows you to clean up to 450-500 commercial size trouts per hour, it represents considerable savings on the quantity of employes and it insures the operation’s profitability.
The fact that this system is 100% made of stainless steel and is using just a few moving parts increase its durability and minimize its maintenance.

HANDY FISH KNIFE
Plastic handled knives are specially designed for fish gutting or egg stripping. One easy motion opens up a fish ! Simple to use, fits the hand nicely.
On the side of the table is mounted an adjustable vaccuum head. a pipe and a guillotine blade working with air pressure. This blade is specially made to eliminate any injury risks when the user is cutting the fish to get the gills or the last piece of the intestine. A handle attached to the vaccuum pipe to fix the knife used to open the fish abdomen. The guillotine, the toothed blade and the knife are manufactured to be entirely safe for the user.
